Privacy policy

If you fill in a project brief: your name, email address, company or product name, and optionally your WhatsApp number, product URL and brand asset links — plus your answers about the project itself. You choose what to put in those answers.

If you buy a package: Stripe processes the payment and holds your card details. We never see or store them. We receive the amount paid, the payment status and the email you gave Stripe.

If you email or message us: whatever you send, kept in the relevant inbox.

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, no profiling. We do not know who visits this site.

The brief form saves an unfinished draft in your own browser so a refresh does not lose your work. That draft never leaves your device and is cleared when you submit.

To produce the work you commissioned, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Project briefs are stored in our Supabase database, hosted in the European Union (eu-central-1). Payments are handled by Stripe. The site is served by Vercel. Each holds data under its own agreement with us.

Briefs can only be read by the studio account. They are not public and are not readable by other visitors.

Project briefs and correspondence are kept while we are working together and for as long as we may need them for records — normally up to seven years for financial records. Ask us to delete a brief and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email danmokayaa@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is nothing to unsubscribe from — we do not run a mailing list.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will be sent to you directly.
